Matt Paolelli, Vice President of Marketing for Real Life Catholic, was the featured speaker at the April Servi Christi gathering of Catholic business leaders. Representing the national evangelization apostolate founded by Chris Stefanick, Paolelli challenged attendees to consider how faith is lived beyond church walls—specifically in the everyday realities of work, family life, and personal relationships. He encouraged business leaders to see their professional and personal lives as integral parts of their Christian witness.

Centering his remarks on the Mass dismissal, “Go in peace, glorifying the Lord by your life,” Paolelli described this phrase as a mandate for lay Catholics to sanctify the world from within. He shared personal reflections on his career, marriage, fatherhood, and struggles with insecurity, emphasizing that true peace comes from surrendering control and responding faithfully to where God is already at work. A particularly moving moment came when he recounted his battle with cancer early in his marriage and how the prayers and simple acts of kindness from others became profound instruments of grace.

Paolelli concluded by highlighting the lasting influence of daily actions, especially in the workplace. He reminded attendees that business leaders shape countless lives through ethical decisions, compassion, and everyday interactions. Holiness, he noted, is most often found not in dramatic gestures but in consistent faithfulness—choosing generosity, patience, and integrity in small moments. By doing so, Catholics truly live out the call to glorify God through their lives.
